How did we do? I can write 6 sentences with a capital

letter and end punctuation.

Write a Sentence Say the the sentence out loud. “The giant jumped over thehedge.” Count the words with your fingers and draw aline under each word. ____ ____ ____ ____ ____ ____The first word is the. Let’s write it with a capital letter.The second word is giant so I will use g to represent the/dge/ sound. For jump I will use j to represent the /dge/sound. The next two words, over and the, are both easycamera words. The last word is hedge. I can sound out /h/and /e/ and I will use the dge representation for the /dge/sound.Let’s check our sentence. Have we got acapital letter and a full stop?I think we should read it together.
