BELL ATTENDANTS• Transport Guest Luggage

to and from guest rooms.

• Familiarize guests with the hotel facilities and services, safety features, as well as the guest room and in room amenities .

• Provide a secure area for guests requiring temporary luggage storage.

DOOR ATTENDANTS• Opening hotel doors

and assisting guests upon arrival.

• Helping guests and unload luggage from vehicles.

• Controlling vehicle traffic flow and safety at the hotel entrance.

• Assisting with valet parking services.

WHAT IS GOLDEN KEY Golden Key is originated from Europe, and was

implemented into Thailand in 1992 (By Oriental Hotel), and Golden Key organizations are separated into many parts by continents, Member have to pay annual joining fee and the head quarter in Asia is Singapore, but for international head quarter is located in France.
