Log in with the username and password you obtained while purchase at:
http://track.mobiusone.com
Its suggested to change your password after your first log in. You can change the
password at User Settings => General Settings.

2. System Interface
After logging in, you will be located at Monitoring module and the screen consists of
5 sections. They are:
1. Top Panel: indicates login username and time; contain Settings, Tools,
Language and Logout menu.
2. Mode Panel: to switch between Map and Report mode
3. Work Area: the list of units and where you input the parameter to execute tasks
4. Ground Panel: contain buttons to show/hide Work Area, show/hide unit trace,
name and direction; Notification and Log window
5. Map: map area where you can select map source and display mini map window

3. Tools and Settings
Tools provide you with 6 practical methods to plan your trip before you go. They are:
Distance, Area, Address, Routing, Hittest and Nearest Units.
Distance Area
To measure the distance between two
points, indicate the initial point by
double clicking on any place of the map.
Double-click on the map to draw an
area. To move a point, drag it until
moving to another place. To delete a
point, double-click it.
Routing Hittest
Double-click on the map to indicate the
departing point. In the same way mark
passing points if needed, and finally put
the ending point. Then press Calculate.
These routes can be saved as geofences.
Hittest is to show messages of points of a
track. Choose a track in the dropdown
list. Double-click at any place of the
track (or even on the map), and the
nearest to your click message will be
found and highlighted by the marker.

Address Nearest Units
The address tool is designed to find a
place (city, house, etc.) or to detect the
address of a place.
Nearest Units is designed to help you to
find units which are the nearest to a
certain place.
Settings is the tool where you indicate time zone, input your e-mail address,
change the password to enter the system and set other parameters.
At Monitoring Panel tab, you can check the icons to be shown on Monitoring
module while tracking the unit.

4. Map mode: Tracking modules
Map mode is the area where you execute tracking tasks and commands. After
choosing Map mode, move the cursor over the work area to see the 11 modules.
They are: Monitoring, Tracks, My Places (POI), Geofences, Jobs,
Notifications, Routes Control, Units, Users, Unit Groups, Drivers.
4.1 Monitoring
At Monitoring module, thework listof the units being controlled is displayed. You
can view the units by checking them individually or by unit groups. The work list also
displays the available buttons such as Motion State, GPRS Connection State,Event Registrar, Execute Commands...etc.
Move mouse cursor over the unit at work area or the unit on map to see unit details.

Add Units in the List
To search units in the system, press the asterisk button and set search
parameters. To add a unit or several units to the working list, press . To replace
existing working list with search results, press . To delete a unit from the
working list, press .
Events Registrar
Some events such as speeding, idling, visits to geofences, sensor values, etc. can be
detected automatically by the system with Notifications.
To execute an event registrar, press button , select the event type and fill in the
shown tabs.
4.2 Tracks
At Track module, you can view the unit track on map with points of messages. Each
point stores speed, coordinates, date and time.

Track can be displayed by single color (no speed criteria) or by speed level with
different colors. Its easy to recognize the units speed so that you can know where
and when the unit over speeds with visual map.
4.3 My Places (POI)
My Places allows marking points of interest on the map. You can add image (upload
your own photo or select from Image Library) and description for each point.
How to Create a New Place
Press the New Place button. Double-click on a point on map to locate the place.
Input data in the required fields and press OK. The creation of a POI is done.

4.4 Geofence
Geofence, or geographical zone, is some indicated area on the map. It can be used
to control unit activity in this area. Geofence can be a polyline, a polygon or circle.
How to Create a Geofence
Press the Create Geofence button, a window pops up for you to enter the data.
Choose geofence type on the left: line, polygon or circle. Then map the geofence.
Usage
While Tracking Online
If a unit is situated in a geofence, unit info will display geofence data.
Routes Control
Line-shaped geofences with control points can be used to control routes.
Notifications
You can be notified by e-mail, SMS, or online when your unit leaves a geofence or
enters a geofence. See Notifications.
Reports
Geofences can be used in Rides and Unfinished Rides reports as addresses (in the
Location column), ifGeofences as address source is checked.

4.5 Jobs
A job is a set of actions which are performed by schedule. A job can be instruction
execution, sending reports by e-mail or sending notification by email or SMS.
There are 7 Job types: Execute a command over a unit, Reset GPRS traffic
counter, Modify users access level, Send fuel information by email or SMS,
Send a report by email, Assign route, and Remove route.
To create a new job, press Create Job button. Choose job type and fill in the
necessary data in the shown tabs.
4.6 Notifications
A notification alerts you about any activity such as speeding, location, sensors
values, etc. It can be delivered by e-mail or SMS, shown online in a popup window
or just registered in the system to be included later in the report.
There are 12 Notification types: Geofence control, Speed control, Alarm button
trigger, Digital input activation/deactivation, Message parameter control,
Sensor value control, Connection or coordinates loss, Idles, SMS control,
Route control, Driver control, and Routine servicing.

Geofence control Speed control
Select geofence control type: control
entries to or exits from
geofence(s). Also, you can set trigger
case with speed limitations or sensor
value range inside (outside) geofence.
Define the minimum and/or maximum
speed values. If a unit goes out of this
range, the notification will trigger.
Alarm button trigger Digital input
activation/deactivation
Alarm button notification alerts you
while the indicated trigger is activated.
Specify the number of digital input and
select control type: trigger on input
activation or deactivation.
Message parameter control Sensor value control
Four control types are provided: value
range, text mask, parameter
availability, and parameter lack.
Preset minimum and maximum values,
indicate if you want similar sensors to
be summed or calculated separately.
Connection loss Idles
It can be a simple connection loss which
registers cases when no satellites lock
the unit during a period of time.
Idles control speed and time. You
should indicate Speed more than 0
km/h in and time allowed for staying.
SMS control Route control
You can receive a notification when a
certain SMS message comes.
You can select route statuses to
control: route start, route finish, route
interrupt, arrival to control point,
control point skip, departure from
control point, entrance to geofence, exit
from geofence.
Driver control Routine servicing
This allows you to control deriver
assignment or driver reset.
Select trigger type: notify when
service term approaches or notifywhen service term is expired. Then
indicate the interval.
Notification Text
The text of notification can be written in any language, contain any characters,
words and phrases. Large messages are ideal for e-mail notifications. For SMS
notifications, it is better to form more compact messages.

4.7 Routes Control
Route Control is used to track units which go along the route with control points and
predefined schedule. To monitor how a Route Control with 5 stop points, for
example, is executed, you need to:
1.Create a route based on this geofence (give it a name, assign to needed
unit(s).
2.If route is created by a line-shaped geofence, the control point schedule
should follow the route direction and cannot go reverse direction.
3.Mark 5 control points on map. Move the mouse cursor over the points and
press New control point button to assign the schedule.
4.Monitor how the route is accomplished.
4.8 Units
At Units module, you can view, create and edit a unit info. It can include: General
profile info., Unit image, Add sensor info, Custom fields creation, Trip detection
identification, Fuel consumption parameter, and Maintenance service interval
setting.
To create a Unit, you can press Create Unit and fill in the necessary tabs.

4.9 Users
At Users module, you can view, create and edit a user info. It can include: General
user info., Access to units, and Add custom fields.
To create a Unit, you can press Create User and fill in the necessary tabs.
4.10 Unit Groups
At Unit Groups module, you can view, edit and create a group. Sometimes its more
convenient to manage units in the group.
To create a Unit Group, you can press Create Unit Group and add/remove the
units in the tab. Complete the other tabs if necessary.

4.11 Drivers
A driver can be assigned to a unit that is attached to a vehicle. It is especially
convenient when different persons drive a unit. Its also possible to detect drivers
automatically with the help of iButton system.
The manual assignment can be done by using Bind/unbind switch button .
Press the button Bind to unit and choose one of two options: Bind to unit or
Register working shift. The first option is used if the assignment must be
registered right in the moment. The second is used to fix drivers work shift.
To create a driver, press Create driver button and fill in the necessary tabs.

5. Report
Reports can be generated and viewed with map real-time monitoring at the same
time. You can export reports in formats like PDF, XML, XLS (Excel), HTML and CSV.
Report type:
Report name Description
Chat This report unites commands of the kind Send message todriverand replied got from the driver.
Chronology This report gives information about all actions and changes in
unit state during the indicated period of time.
Connection
Problems
This report lists cases when connection with server or
satellites was lost.
Counter Sensors This shows the operation ofcountertype sensors.
Custom Fields The table Custom fields represents the list of custom fields
entered in the corresponding tab of unit properties dialog.
Digital Sensors Usually, digital sensors have two states: on/off,
activated/deactivated, busy/free and so on. For example, it
can be ignition sensor or cargo load sensor.
Engine Hours Engine hours report shows working activity of a unit, its
productivity and utilization and some more things.
Events Events registered by the system can be shown in this report.
Executed
Commands
This kind or report gives a list of commands sent to a unit and
successfully executed.
Fuel Fillings This report shows where and when a vehicle was filled up.

Fuel Theft This report is aimed to show all thefts - when, where and how
much fuel was stolen.
Geofence This report shows when and how often a unit visited different
geofences.
Maintenance The table contains the list of service works done during the
indicated period.
Non-visited
Geofence
This report gives the list of geofences which were not visited
during the indicated period of time.
Parkings This report shows parking info. with satisfaction of preset
speed, time and location change parameters.
Rides A ride is a travel from one point (called ride beginning) to
another (called ride ending).
Route Points Route points are control points indicated when creating a
geofence for a route.
Routes Routes assigned to unit and events were stored in unit
history.
Sensor Tracing If tracing interval is indicated, the system will search and
display sensor value from the message which is the closest to
the necessary point in time.
SMS Messages This report gives possibility to view all SMS messages
receives from a unit in a specified period.
Speeding Speeding report shows speed limit violations.
Stops A stop is two or more consecutive messages with a zero
speed. If total time of such a stop reaches Minimum parking
time, it is registered as a parking (not a stop).
Trips This report shows time, duration, speed, driver, mileage,
start / final location of the unit and engine hour.
Unfinished Rides Unfinished Ride is a ride when a unit left a beginning-ride
geofence and after a while entered a beginning-ride geofenceagain.
Utilization Cost Utilization cost unites two kinds of expenses: maintenance
and fillings, which have their own detailed reports. Note that
Utilization Costs report contain fillings registered manually in
Events Registrar but no fillings detected by fuel sensor.
Violations The report gives the list of violations detected by the system
and registered manually and stored in unit events history.
Visited Streets This report shows which streets were visited and when.
