· Advance freight will be delivered to your booth by thepublished target date/time.

· For freight shipped directly to show site, the process ofunloading and delivering to your exhibit space may takeseveral hours. We advise you take this into considerationand schedule labor to begin the following morning.

· The marshalling yard will close promptly at 10 AM onThursday, Dec. 31. Your carrier must be checked in by 10 AMin order to be unloaded.

· The Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) will close early onThursday, Dec. 31. All exhibitors must complete work for theday by 2 PM and exit the premises no later than 3 PM.

· The LVCC will be closed on Friday, Jan. 1 in observance ofNew Year's Day. No exhibitor activity permitted.

· Mobile vehicle(s) are permitted to arrive anytime duringexhibitor move-in. Please refer to the Freeman vehicleplacement form in the Exhibitor Manual for additionalinformation.

· Product may arrive on or after your target date, but forsecurity purposes, we recommend it not arrive prior toMonday, Jan. 4.

· All crates must be empty and labeled for removal by 6 PM onMonday, Jan. 4.

· All cartons, fiber cases and packing materials must be emptyand labeled for removal by 1 PM on Tuesday, Jan. 5.

· · All accessible storage items must have a work ordersubmitted to Freeman and be labeled for pickup by 1 PM onTuesday, Jan. 5.

· Please review our Clean Floor Policy for a full list of set-updates and times that must be met.
