The Research Says – 4 Takeaways1. Leaders must demonstrate, deliberately and overtly, support for their employees

health & well being as well as their professional development – VPD EXAMPLE

2. Leaders must spend more time communicating in all areas using various methods but

3. Leaders must have a plan to have evidenced based programs and training to support
