SIMPLIFIED WARRANTY REGISTRATION

We’ve made it faster and easier for you to register bike warranties for your customers at time of purchase. You no longer have to set a password when registering the warranty as customers can now manage this themselves. We’ve also added some general improvements to make registration quicker to complete.

IMPROVED WARRANTY CLAIMS

We’re launching a simplified claim system to streamline the submission of warranty claims.The new system adds claim tracking for dealers and status notifications for customers. Look for detailed information and instructions in an upcoming dealer newsletter.
