Defining Mentorship & Coaching

Mentorship: A personal developmental relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person.

Coaching: A training or development approach to help others to improve, develop, learn new skills, find personal success, achieve goals and to manage life change and personal challenges.
