Certification Guidelines identify three categories of

planning, product creation, production planning, manufacturing,

logistics, maintenance & overhaul, etc.,

2. Information Technology, i.e. software development, data

modelling, IT architectures, product business supporting IT

systems and their functionality, etc.; and

3. Their Integration, organization of business process and

application of information technology to optimize the value-added

chain including all matters to transfer the organisation into this new

state.
