ESRA PARR, SHOOT INVESTOREsra has a professional background in graphic design, personal image and silk painting, and went on to study horticulture, hard landscaping and landscape and garden design at Capel Manor College over a course of 4 years.

She won the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show Gold Medal in 2015 for her garden ‘Spirit of the Aegean’ - World Garden sponsored by Noble Caledonia

FAITH RAMSAY, SHOOT INVESTORFaith is owner and founder of My Country Garden Design Solutions based on the Hampshire and Berkshire borders.

After spending 13 years working in finance in London, Faith took the decision to follow her passion for flowers and gardens and retrain as a garden designer.

She has just completed the design of 3 new gardens for Naomi House a children’s hospice and respite centre in Winchester.

She studied Horticulture and Arboriculture at Capel Manor and Garden Design at the University of Greenwich.

She has loved Shoot since her university days.

After becoming a Shoot crowdfunding investor Tania has now also joined the company helping Nicola with customer support, social media and events.
