Rest, clean air, music, connecting with nature, animals, a good fire, exercise, meditation, singing, dancing,
bodywork, writing, connecting with water, good food, good sex, chocolate, celebrating, the energy of love, slowing
down, gardening, a deep slow breath, honesty, good courses, jigsaw puzzles, warm drinks, healthy family
connections, sunsets, sunrises (the sun in general), the moon, the ocean, faith, baking, being creative, reading a
good book, quiet time, 12 step programs, candles, thunderstorms, movement (swinging), snuggling, sailing
and flying, walking in the rain, the smell of rain, the smell of a newborn, spending time with small children you like,
hoarfrost, northern lights, a snowstorm when you are safe and warm in front of the fire, fishing, hiking, berry picking,
watching wildlife, head massage, driving, lighthouses, crystals and beach rocks, and good friends.
