Before• Decide on an event tag in advance dee09• Set up blog in advance and promote it

During• Encourage attendees to use event tag• Will stream content into the blog automagically• Reward attendees who leave comments / interact

After• Use blog to write up outcomes ASAP after

What worked well

• Setting up the blog beforehand

• Photos, with a dedicated person

• Writing up after the event

What could be improved

• More people / clearer roles

• Profusion of gadgets

• Wi-Fi / Internet connectivity

• Live blogging / Tweeting
