Using SPS as a typical server based product with tight IT controls
Not including important libraries / lists in Search
Misusing / Misunderstanding Security
Using SPS as a web based product (and ignoring the Windows and Office integration)
Misunderstanding / Not Understanding Excel services and Forms services (and InfoPath)
WSS First, then MOSS
Organizational deployment -
Just mention about these things
Deepest technologies created and worst documented application
Using SPS only online
Not exposing parts of SPS outside the organization
