GUEST WITH DISABILITIESSprint Center offers many services and amenities toaccommodate the needs of our guests with disabilitiesincluding accessible seating in the facility.

ELEVATORSSprint Center has six public elevators that access all locations within the arena.

PROHIBITED ITEMSSprint Center is a non-smoking facility. The following items are not allowed in Sprint Center: bottles, cans, foodor beverages, weapons or firearms, coolers or containers,fireworks, illegal substances, Frisbees, beach balls, balloonsand laser pointers.

CAMERASThe permitted use of cameras and recording devices varies by event, with policy being determined by the eventproducer. Sporting events generally permit still photographywithout flash, but no recording devices. Concerts generallydo not permit any cameras or recording devices. Under nocircumstances may photography interfere with aisles orother guests’ enjoyment of the event. Guests inquiringabout camera usage should be instructed to contact Sprint Center prior to bringing their camera or recordingdevices to an event.

• Grand Boulevard Entrance (Corner of 13th & Grand)

• Grand Boulevard VIP Entrance (South of Box Office)

• Oak Street Entrance (Oak & 13th Terrace)

Re-entry is not allowed during any Sprint Center event.

PARKINGSprint Center is located in downtown Kansas City and issurrounded by major highways including I-35, I-70, I-29and thoroughfares allowing for easy access. Several parkinglots and garages are available for your parking needs.When purchasing tickets at Sprint Center Box Office duringnon-event hours, fifteen minute parking is available in theparking lot off of Oak Street. See parking map for eventand non-event parking.

ADA/GUEST DROP-OFF & PICK-UPGuest drop-off and pick-up is located near the Oak Streetentrance. Limousines and taxicabs will also pick-up anddrop-off at this location.
