First Aid: • Main Concourse - Section 105 • Upper Concourse - Section 219 Guest Services: • Main Concourse – Section 103 • Upper Concourse – Section 205 GUEST WITH DISABILITIES Sprint Center offers many services and amenities to accommodate the needs of our guests with disabilities including accessible seating in the facility. ELEVATORS Sprint Center has six public elevators that access all locations within the arena. PROHIBITED ITEMS Sprint Center is a non-smoking facility. The following items are not allowed in Sprint Center: bottles, cans, food or beverages, weapons or firearms, coolers or containers, fireworks, illegal substances, Frisbees, beach balls, balloons and laser pointers. CAMERAS The permitted use of cameras and recording devices varies by event, with policy being determined by the event producer. Sporting events generally permit still photography without flash, but no recording devices. Concerts generally do not permit any cameras or recording devices. Under no circumstances may photography interfere with aisles or other guests’ enjoyment of the event. Several parking lots and garages are available for your parking needs. When purchasing tickets at Sprint Center Box Office during non-event hours, fifteen minute parking is available in the parking lot off of Oak Street. See parking map for event and non-event parking. ADA/GUEST DROP-OFF & PICK-UP Guest drop-off and pick-up is located near the Oak Street entrance. Limousines and taxicabs will also pick- up and drop - off at this location.
