uses of byproducts of slaughter house

Animal byproducts Edible products: liver, kidney, brain, tongue

spleen, lung gizzard and heart.

Non edible products :blood, hides and skin , bone , horns, intestine and stomach, bristles , gallbladder, wool and feathers.

Blood blood agar – uses in culture of bactreria Fibrin extracted and use in clotting of blood during

skin injury.Blood meal - good source of lysin 6-9% Blood suasage, blood curd

Intestine

Prepation of cast from muscularis layer cat gut :Acts as a suturing material during

surgery and strings of musical instrument.

Bone Prepation of bone meal

Prepation of gelatin and glue. Gelatin use as preservative in ice creams and jellies and

prepation of capsule.

Glue is use as adhesive agent in furniture

Lard is pig fat in both its rendered and unrendered forms. it was commonly used in many cuisines as a cooking fat or as a spread similar to butter.

thus, they are sometimes used in high-class bedding, especially pillows, blankets, and mattresses. And also used as filling for winter clothing and outdoor bedding, such as quilted coats and sleeping bags etc.
