ANNUAL FUNCTION (ROOTS) AND ALUMNI MEET 2014 (19th

October, 2014)

Various cultural events, conventions and competitions are conducted every year in

School of Pharmacy to provide a platform to all our students to perform in

academia, sports and other co-curricular activities.In October 2014, annual sports

and culture program was conducted from 16th

October to 19th

October.

Cultural events were clubbed with Alumni Meet which which was conducted on 19th

October at IMS Auditorium, DAVV, Indore. The program was started with the

Saraswati vandana and addressed by the guests-

It was a wonderful occasion to meet and share the experiences with the alumni who

graduated from the department over the past 13 years. Following that games full of

fun were conducted by the alumni’s for themselves. Cultural events were started by

solo dance competition and solo singing competition. Thereafter students enjoyed

group dance competition followed by the results and award ceremony in which

certificates were distributed. The program was sucessfully concluded under the

supervision of Head of the Department Prof. Rajesh Sharma and Cultural program

Incharge Dr. Anupama A. Parate at School of Pharmacy.
