Complete the Dataflow application form and submit it along with supporting documents and Fee directly at DataFlow desk at SCH

How to obtain a copy of the DataFlow application form?

• Download it directly from DataFlow website www.dataflowgroup.com

• Request it via email: qatarmoh@dataflowgroup.com

• Collect it directly from the DataFlow desk located in SCH Qatar

Each Package includes the verification of:- 1 Educational Qualification- 1 Health License- Required years of Experience as per SCH requirements

Paid Dataflow Fees are Non-refundable.

Appeal Process

• Facility/applicants to contact DataFlow by email at qatarmoh@dataflowgroup.com regarding Negative and Unable to Verify applications.

• DataFlow will advise the steps to follow or documents to provide in order to proceed with the re-verification

• DataFlow will inform the facility/applicants about the new result and update SCH system.
