Preparation
Pre-heat the oven at 356°F.In a large bowl break the eggs and and whisk them. Add the cream cheese, salt and pepper, whisk it again.Add then your gazpachos’ residues, boulghour and smoked mackerels cut in small pieces.Once you have whisked the mix, pour it in an oven dish and put on top the tomatoes and mozzarella in slices.Pepper and sprinkle some herbs on top of the mozzarella. Put it in the oven for around 45min. If the mozzarella is getting too brown, put an aluminium sheet on top.
