Follow the signs North Exit out of Orlando Airport and follow the signs for the Beach line Expressway

Tuscana Background Information.
uscana began construction in late 2005 and opened in 2007. All the condos and facilities are modern, spacious aery comfortable. The gated resort consists of a large clubhouse with a 30 seat movie theatre (this can also be
meeting room), a fully equipped fitness centre and computer access with high speed internet. There is a bar and
staurant onsite, offering poolside dining as well as a takeaway service. At the back of the clubhouse there is a

All records for Tuscana are available on the Osceola County Property Appraisers websitewww.property-appraiser.org
- The 2 bed units were last year (2009) assessed at $237,700 and the taxes were $3,963.48.
However the 2 bed units have just been assessed this year (2010) at $88,700, so it is fair to say the taxes will be
reduced considerably for 2010.
- The 3 bed units were last year assessed at $253,000 and the taxes were $4,211.24
