• Recruitment refers to the process of attracting, screening, and Convincing qualified people for a Job at an organization/firm

• Recruiter is someone engaged in recruitment, which is the solicitation of individuals to fill manpower requirements within any group,. Recruiters can be divided into two groups; those working internally for one organization, and those working for multiple clients in a third-party relationship

• Recruitment / employment agency is an independent contact between the client companies and the candidates they recruit for a position. They normally specialize in client relationships, and in finding candidates for client requirements.
