• RebelRespec Apparel is a start-up company that will be known within the fashion industry as an inclusive brand, and with growth and expansion, create and provide opportunity for future staff that is knowledgeable about the operations within the fashion industry. The company will target men and women between the ages of 18 and 40.

The Deal to the Investor • At this time the company is seeking capital in the amount of $250,000.

Funding will go towards the startup of the business including purchasing of garments and textiles from t-shirt manufacturers at $5-$6 dollars a shirt standard as well as advertising, and a reserve for unexpected expenses. The making of the clothing would include silk screen printing, embroidery Cut and Sew. Pricing depends on the patterns and level of graphics. The company’s promotional budget initially will be $5,500/mth
