Wine Making: The grapes are handpicked and im-mediately brought to the winery where they undergo hand selection, destemming and crushing. Fermenta-tion in a traditional granite lagar. Malolactic Fermen-tation and ageing in French oak barriques (2nd, 3rd use)during 12 months.

Production : 1’288 bottles of 75 cl

Analysis: Alcohol 13.5% Vol. pH 3.56, Total Acidity 6.21 gr/L, Saccharose/D-Glucose/D-Fructose: 1.1 gr./L
