Background of the project• Nepal Red Cross Society Blood Transfusion Centres has

been involving on Blood services. It has been recording Blood Donor’s information, Blood service transaction, Blood inventory management etc manually.

Objectives of Project• Online Blood Donor Information sharing to people who

require blood urgently

• Manage the blood database efficiently

• Blood Scarcity Maintain by better controlling and decision making feature of this system

Project Deliverables:

A web based application software named BLOOD INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM-BIMS get available in the URL: www.bimsnrcs.org

Success Criteria:

• Experienced Software Developer working in ASP.NET platform

• A Project Coordinator who has form both technology and management background

Constraints:

1st installment (35%)at the time of agreement, Best coordination between developers and management by project coordinator, 5 month development duration, 1month Testing

135. CONCLUSION

• Due to the project environment-Internal, External and Task environment the time delay occurred which increases the cost of the project

• The objectives of project is implemented by implementing the different plans such as time estimated through Gantt chart, work breakdown structure, cost planning

• Risk analysis really helped for the risk recovery

• The project is heading towards its objectives fulfilment with satisfaction of the stakeholders of this project.
