Test for FLEXIMOUNTS Ceiling Garage Rack

Static load test ：Steadily place the rack on the standard test bench or flat ground and measure the distance from the downside of object to the ground. (Figure 1)

Then keep loading for at least 24 hours and measure the distance from the same point of the downside of the object to the ground. (Figure 2)

Thus, we got: Loading distance – None-loading distance = Max. deflection value.

Then unload for 2 hours and measure the distance from the same point of the downside of the object to the ground. (Figure 3)

Thus, we got: Unload distance – None-loading distance = Residual deformations value.
