more, do more and become

Golden Rules for Running your Youths Fellowship

1. Communication : You must connect with your Youths. Don’t practice “Mountain Leadership”. Communicate your ideas. Be a good listener, Adhere to their advise and suggestions. Trust their initiatives and ensure no breach of contact.

2. Vision : A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way. Remember no vision, no mission, no direction, no objective, no destination and no future.

place to run the programs. You must have yearly

plans to hold programs Get them involve in

church activities. As a matter of fact activities makes the youths sticks together.

Give them task to execute with feedback.

Never let finance destroy your joint goals.

Never Complain, deal in faith and take actions

4. Role Model : Live by example, let your life be worthy of emulation. Show them the path to holiness, righteousness. Make your words your bond. Integrity is the key. Be a good shepherd.

5. Inspiration: Bible says David encouraged himself in the lord. No matter the obstacle, discouragement within and outside the church be strong in the lord and power of his might. Have self confidence, involve your youths in creative thinking and have inspiring dreams.

6. Take Charge/Responsibility: A good leader takes a little more than his share of the blame, a little less than his share of the credit. Love them for who they are. Guard them jealously as a shepherd tender his sheep. Also delegate responsibilities. You are not a superhuman.
