On the 16-19 September 2013, Russia’s dedicated food and drink exhibition, took place in

Moscow. In its 22nd edition, the exhibition yet again confirmed its status as the country’s

most international food and drink exhibition.

The Russian Food Forum

A leading platform for dialogue between food industry experts, professionals from

individual sectors, and representatives of ministries, agencies and international

organisations.

553 delegates and 89 speakers over three days

Specialised conferences were held within the Food Forum. Sessions focused on

developments in the dairy, fish and seafood, fruit & vegetables, citrus fruit, confectionery

and meat industries.

109 companies submitted 452 products to be judged by an expert tasting panel.

Winners are entitled to use the medal logo on their future product labelling. A sign of

product quality for Russian consumers and distributors.

The Central Tasting Commission of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture awarded:

> 13 grand prix prizes

> 114 gold medals

> 77 silver medals

> 19 bronze medals

The platform allowed exhibitors to present their products and negotiate directly with

representatives from Russia’s leading retail chains.
