PINEAPPLE BREAD 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoons melted margarine 1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained Combine the egg, vanilla and margarine in a large bowl. Add the bread mix from the jar. Stir until well blended. Add the drained pineapple. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
