1. Open Internet Explorer web browser and type in the address bar:

2. The ‘Welcome To The Palm Tran Bus Pass Database’ screen displays.
Click on the Log In link:

1. Click on Click here:
2. Enter your User ID and click on the Send Password button:

Bus Pass Lookup
1. Click on the Bus Pass Lookup link:
2. The Bus Pass Lookup screen displays.
Enter Pass number or select Status from the drop down box
Click on the Search button

Note: To Export Report to Excel spreadsheet click on the Export Report button.

Edit Profile
1. Select Edit Profile from My Profile Menu:

Make the necessary changes to the Profile and click on the Save Profile button:

1. Select Change Password from My Profile Menu:

1. Select Change Agency from My Profile Menu:

Click on the drop down box to change Agency and click on the Change Agency button:

TD Client Pass Sale
1. Select TD Client from Bus Pass Sales Menu:
2. The TD Client Maintenance screen displays. To Search for a client do the following:
Enter Last Name, First Name, Client ID or DOB (Search can be done by
entering the full or partial Last Name or First Name)
Click on the Search button The following screen displays:

3. Select client and update the necessary changes to the Client Details,
Documents, or TD Bus Pass Sale Tabs. Save changes:

4. To add a New client click on the New Client button:

11. To Update the status of an already sold TD Bus Pass select a Pass Status from the drop down box and click on the Save Status button:

Regular Price Pass Sale
1. Select Regular Price from Bus Pass Sales Menu:
2. The Regular Bus Pass Sale screen displays. To Search for a Transaction Date do the following:
Click on the Transaction Date field and select month and date from
calendar Click on the Search button

3. To Sell / Issue a New Bus Pass or Passes enter the following required fields and click on the Save Sale button:

Issue/Exchange Agency Batch
1. Select Issue/Exchange Agency Batch from Agency Menu:
2. The Issue/Exchange Agency Batch screen displays. To Search for an agency do the following:
Enter Agency Name or Agency ID
Click on the Search button

1. Select AD Hoc Reports from Reports Menu:
