ACCIDENTS• A report was received at 5:38
p.m. Tuesday that a 2004 JeepGrand Cherokee driven by aYankton woman collided with a 1998Ford Taurus driven by a Yanktonwoman. Estimated value of the dam-age to the Ford was $1,000, whileno damage was reported to theJeep. The driver of the Jeep wascited for following too closely.
• A sheriff’s office report was
received at 3:49 p.m. Tuesday that a2010 Ford F150 driven by an Irenewoman collided with a deer onHighway 81 north of Yankton earlierin the day. Estimated value of thedamage to the vehicle was $350.
INCIDENTS• A report was received at 6:09 p.m.
Tuesday of three juveniles trying toshoot squirrels with a BB gun in the1000 block of Cedar St. Three boyswere located and advised of the lawsregarding BB guns within city limits.Their parents were also notified.
• A report was received at 11:52p.m. Tuesday that a pair of Nike slip-pers and a jacket was stolen from the200 block of West 15th St.
• A report was received at 9:52 a.m.Wednesday that a garage window wasbroken out in the 400 block of DouglasAve. sometime in the last two weeks.
• A sheriff’s office report wasreceived at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday thatentry was made sometime during thelast week through an unlocked windowinto a residence along Whiting Drive.The owners were determining whatwas missing.
