Set forth the minimum standards by which Operations will operate and conduct business. These Operating Principles cover: supplier Selection Guidelines, set forth the minimum standards by which Ops expects all of its suppliers and contractors to operate and adhere.

There are common threads among all our departments; i.e commitment to safety; a commitment to running our departments honestly and ethically according to the principles outlined in the Good Manufacturing Practices with the objective of being a superior employer. And, we want tenant partners who share our same values and goals.
