Onboarding – An Introduction
• Equifax Compliance Center is a hosted, third-party solution that provides a secure online self-service platform for new hires to complete onboarding paperwork.
• The USG System Office is in the process of finalizing a system-wide contract to use compliance center
• We are currently in the process of building our compliance center instance

• As part of the Careers project, we are developing a single, shared instance of Compliance Center.
• Access to an Institution’s new hire onboarding data will be protected by robust user security roles.
• Security roles can be tailored to an Institution’s needs: grant full access to centralized HR or grant status-only access to departmental HR.

Competitive Recruitment (Careers)• Onboarding will follow a successful candidate background
investigation• Recruiters will manually initiate onboarding in by moving candidates
to an Onboarding disposition• A message will be sent from OneUSG to Equifax Compliance Center

Non-Competitive Recruitment (Smart Form)• Onboarding will follow a successful candidate background investigation• Managers will complete a smart form in OneUSG, detailing hire details• The Smart Form will route to approver via workflow• Upon approval of the fluid form, a message will be sent from OneUSG to
