OBJECTIVES AND CONSTRAINTS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
• Bring buildings into line with modern safety standards and norms, host country regulationson asbestos, fire safety and zoning, and into harmony with the surroundings
• Provide conference facilities that are flexible in design and operation
• Bring the office space and working conditions up to modern standards
• Provide the right level of security for representatives from national delegations, the OECDsecretariat, and visitors
• Meet the project’s deadlines and financial constraints
• Maintain the activity of the Organisation on site throughout the length of the project
