Read the scenario below and answerthe questionsthat follow:

Kalkfeld settlement — Land of Promise!

Kalkfeld settlementis situated in the Otjozondjupa region.It has a total population of about 2000

people (characterised by diverse socio-economic conditions). The Ministry of Urban and Rural

Development (MURD)throughthe regional council has availed a total amount of NS 380,000.00

for six projects under the Micro Finance Programmenamely: Garden, Water Point, Goat Farming,

Salon, Bakery and Sewing project. While NS 50, 000.00 is availed for the Food Security

Programme. These projects were identified to be suitable based on the following criteria:

economic, social, and environmental.

their diverse interests as some of the members want specific projects to be implementedfirst

withoutvalid reasons.

(a) You have been asked to facilitate a meeting and determine the sequence of the project

implementation in a fair manner. Using a diagram, demonstrate how you would carry out the

(b) Based on the result in (a) above, which of the projects will you implement fourth? (1)
