Spell A Thon. . . Earlier this year the Year One and Two raised an amazing $1946.50 through the spell a thon day. Thank you to parents for all your generous donations. It was great to see the increase in all students High Frequency spelling results. We have been working behind the scenes to plan and design the courtyard foundations. We are ready now to employee somebody with landscaping skills to prepare the base work. This will involve levelling soil, building up the area, creating a retaining wall, and the form work for a sandpit. This stage will commence over the school holidays. We would love to tap in to the school community. The students are very excited to get this started so please contact the office tomorrow if you are interested in contributing to this work. Next term we will have a working bee to finish the project off. This will include spreading mulch, staining wood, laying pavers etc. Year One and Two teachers: Lynne Baird, Donna Johnstone, Alicia Perkins and Skie Arnold The preps raised $773.80 and are hoping to add a cubby area into their outdoor learning area with the money that they have raised. Thank you to all the prep parents or their wonderful donations.
Students will be presented with their certificates at our last assembly
Friday 24th June @ 2.00pm

Boys Netball Yesterday the 5/6 boys netball teams walked down to Trueman’s Road to
play 6 netball games.
We had two Tootgarook teams. We played
many teams from around the area.
We all had a great time down on the
courts. We gave it a good shot and also
got better at some skills like shooting and
defending.
We all would like to thank all the parents,
Miss Quintin and Mr Kitchin for taking us
down to the netball courts for a good day.
We had LOTS of fun Zak
Girl’s Football. On Wednesday 22nd of June the 5/6 girls went to Truemans road to play
football. We had 3 games and lost
them all but we had a final too. The
first game we lost against Sorrento
then we lost again against St Josephs.
We lost to Eastbourne and in our final
we unfortunately lost again to Rye.
Over all, we all had a great day and
had lots of fun. We came 8th place in
the end. Well done to all the girls who
participated and thanks to the parent
helpers who came and cheered us on!
