New features - GUI• New ability to copy/paste data from the text lists in all GUI modules.•The “Enter Unicode value option” is available in all edit boxes • Now various alternatives for IP station identification identification:

• GUI now uses HTML templates for display of data. All old display tables are no longer used.

Cataloging

•Document length increased from 2000 lines to 5000. There is still a server limitation of 45000 characters.

•Check that the record won’t exceed 45000 characters, before sending it to the server. If so an error will be displayed (to avoid GUI crash) and the operation will stop.

•Unicode is now stored in UTF-8 (used to be in US7ASCII).

•It is now possible to view the value of a character by placing the mouse pointer over it. A tool tip with the Unicode value of the character will display.

• Hold requests are now sensitive to ‘short loan’ items. A ‘Booking Schedule List’ will open instead of the standard Hold Request window.

•When a new invoice is created, or an existing one is modified, and the actual unit price exceeds the estimated unit price by more than a defined percent, an alert message displays

• On the general invoice, a new flag allows for defining Y/N for VAT per line item.
