Honesty in materials, craftsmanship and the richness found in refined simplicity are at the core of the Mark Alexander aesthetic. Our designs are realised through
close working relationships with traditional mills, incorporating specialist techniques used to accentuate the subtle luxury of natural yarns.
Inspirations for our latest collections are many and include handcrafted 18th century textiles, traditional wood block printing, and mid century modern
architecture, but always expressed with sensitivity towards material and process.
We have developed a palette based on subtle shades, mellow hues and earthy tones which complement the natural quality of the yarns, with statement colours
drawn from traditional dyes.

Combed wool fibres are densely woven to form this naturally felting chunky bouclé. Specially dyed and finished in small batches to create a tactle quality with a welcoming, lived-in apprearance.
