Pectoralis Major

You can work out your Pectoralis Major by doing push-ups.

Unflexed

Flexed Pecs

Rectus AbdominusThis means your Abs or the middle of your stomach. This is Unflexed

This is flexed. You can strech this muscles by like in the picture doing sit-ups and crunches.

Deltoid

We are about to exercise our Deltoid on our shoulder.

We are now doing shoulder ups by holding our arms straight out. This flexes our Deltoid.

Quadriceps

Here is our Quadriceps unflexed.

Here is our Quadriceps flexed.We move our legs straight out with leg extensions flexed

Biceps

Unflexed biceps - arm is down

Flexed biceps - arm is curled up.

Triceps

this is what they look like when it is un-flexed

this is what they look like when they are flexed

Latissimus DorsiYou see the latissimus dorsi on the back underneath the shoulder blades.

You can work these by pulling a weight that is over your head down.

Gastrocnemius

You can build your Gastrocnemus by calf raises

Gluteus Maximus

This is the muscle in your butt because when you sit you can feel it. Do squats to exercise it. UNFLEXED
