JaredI'm the Achilles tendon you see in the picture Dakota and Ronnie are pointing to my Achilles tendon. A fact is that you can't walk without your Achilles because that holds your bones together.

Majeric's Deltoids To work your deltoids, you can put your arms down and then lift them up like in the picture. Some people like to hold wieghts when they do this. Your deltoids are located on top of your shoulders.

Tyler Biceps: I am unflexed in this picture. For my exercise, I am curling bibles.

In this picture, I am flexing (mildly) curling the bibles.

Biceps are located on the anterior part of the arm.

Majeric's Triceps

To work your triceps, you can bend your arm like in picture 1, and flex or straighten it like in picture 2. Some people like to hold weights when they do this also. The triceps is on the posterior part of your arm.

NateI am showing the abs. The abs are located on the front of your torso. This picture is unflexed. The 2nd picture is flexed.

Tyler

Here we doing the pectoralis major with some pushups. In this picture, I am not bending my elbows.

Pectorals are located on your upper torso. They help you push things

Dakota and the HamstringThe hamstring is located under the gluts and in my picture I'm doing the leg curls.

Jared is covering my leg but, it is unflexed.

This picture is of me flexed.

Dakota and the gluts The gluts are located under your back and im doing squats.

NateI am showing the lats. The lats are located under your armpits. You flex the lats by doing pull-downs. The 1st picture is unflexed. The 2nd picture is flexed.
