AIESEC India 2016 Roadmap

Roadmap vs. plan
Roadmap
Plan
is a compass we used to direct our organisation towards our ambition so that we do not lose direction.
is created under the roadmap for us to align our actions.
1) What is this leadership in the first place?
2) And how are we going to develop that in youth?
question is
Standards & Satisfactions
Know what is in store for the Exchange Participant from the Sending Home Entity / our end and at the same time, be aware of the Hosting Entity’s standards that need to be delivered as well.
Why? This is what we as a brand, Global Citizen powered by AIESEC, promise.
LEAD Delivery
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SPACES FOR EPs through various
LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS
LEAD stands for Learn, Engage, Activate, Deliver and it is a global programme to support the leadership development of AIESECers as well as Exchange Participants.
LEAD is not about making people emotional. It is a trigger.
LEAD works as a catalyst in the shape of spaces that we provide to our programs’ participants to facilitate their Inner Journey, and thus ensure they are developing the leadership qualities from our model.
What does this mean?
As AIESECers we need to help facilitate an exchange participant’s life-long leadership development journey by fostering four qualities:
According to The AIESEC Way
We believe that LEADERSHIP is the fundamental solution.
As AIESEC, we enable young people to develop their LEADERSHIP.
This LEADERSHIP we develop is based on 4 qualities: Empowering Others, Solution Oriented, Self Aware & World Citizen.SnS XPP adherence+
LEAD as a catalystGood Experience
The equation goes like this!
First step first, you need to ensure you have the HR in place. It is recommended that among 5 EPs you need to assign 1 EP Experience Manager. In this case, let’s call them the delivery team, your entire delivery team needs to be trained on this same content.
step 1 getting the team
Familiarise and train your entire team with the system with:
• Clarity of why we do what we do
• Customer Centricity
• Leadership Development Model
• Learning environment
• How to use the Virtual Learning Platform
step 2 training for the system
Your LC delivery plan serves as a national and local tracking mechanism for your delivery service. Key questions to be asked here:
• How many EPs are coming to my LC?
• Do I have enough HR in the LC for the execution?
• Are my members all trained on facilitating the learnings? If not, from whom can I get support?
• Have I enrolled all my EPs into the system?
step 3 Create your LC delivery plan
MC will be tracking LC’s delivery based on this tracker. We will be able to draw key inferences form this, so please ensure prompt update on the same.
step 4 track your LC delivery plan
