PROBLEM• The client was faced with an aging SharePoint environment that was running Microsoft Office SharePoint Server
2007 for several websites, which exceed over 70,000 users per day. • The client needed to control content management and standardized site templates.
SOLUTION• All Covered implemented a multi-server SharePoint 2013 Enterprise Farm that was integrated with the client’s
Active Directory and utilized Kerberos Authentication. • All Covered’s Application Development team redesigned the user interface of the Website utilizing modern design
standards including: HTML 5, CSS 3 and jQuery.• The data migration included seven terabytes of data that was upgraded from Microsoft SQL Server 2005 to
Microsoft SQL Server 2012.
BENEFITS• Rebranded SharePoint Application.• Business Process Automation solution (through the use of InfoPath forms and workflows).• Creation of Reporting Hub (using Kerberos, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Service, Microsoft SQL Server Analysis

PROBLEM• The client was using a SharePoint 2010 environment that was not meeting the needs
of end users. Since the application was not serving an active business function, it had very limited use.
SOLUTION• All Covered analyzed the stakeholders needs and worked with the client’s brand
managers to develop a robust user experience which drove continuous traffic to the site from multiple devices.
BENEFITS• Upgraded Intranet: All Covered performed a SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013
migration for the client, including a redesign of the SharePoint Application using ‘liquid design principles’.
• Enhanced Site Navigation: Using SharePoint ‘Managed Meta-data’ to provide term and search driven functionality around the existing content.
• Customized Team Sites: Incorporating enhanced imagery to aid in effective communication for different languages.

PROBLEM• The client had a need for a fully customized Travel Request and Expense Claim
application that would interface with their accounting application (Business Plus), provide Microsoft SQL Reports and automate the approval process.
SOLUTION• All Covered worked closely with the financial team to outline the technical specifications
and wireframes for the Travel Claim application. A solution was then built which incorporated Microsoft SharePoint 2013 and InfoPath Form Services.
BENEFITS• Enhanced Travel Request Form: Automated and task driven approval process with
email notifications and real time status monitoring.• Backup SQL Database: Interface for submitting data to the clients Accounting
Application using the SQL Server Integration Services package.

PROBLEM• The client was experiencing difficulties managing all of the different projects they were working
on for their clientele. • Locating specific task information, resource allocation and providing updates was problematic
due to the numerous areas where project data was being stored.
SOLUTION• All Covered utilized SharePoint integrated with Microsoft Project Server to create an MS Project
portal for the client, with a customized template for every new project. • The MS Project template included assigned project staff and managers, project specific
documents, project timelines and tasks assigned to the user, project announcements and custom forms.
