Through this cutting-edge volume Yolanda Ruiz de Zarobe and Leyre Ruiz de Zarobe of the Universidad del País Vasco have meticulously shared their broad experiences within the multilingual academic panorama of Spain and Europe. With collaboration from prominent scholars and teachers across the disciplines, they present unique theoretical and pedagogical perspectives on multilingual reading development and instruction. Since reading in a foreign language is a complex cognitive skill, and one that is unique from reading in a native language, it deserves significant attention.
