The system allows users to provide a Quote, Create a Pickup, and Trace Shipments. Historical Information can be accessed to view previous moves from a particular shipper, or even canceled trips.
Shipments can be moved from an LTL system to the Brokerage System in a seamless manner. Freight Bill Entry and Reporting can also be accomplished to provide information regarding accounts payable and receivable.
The system will also keep records for Dropped Carriers to track trucking companies that may not be achieving proper service levels for picking up freight.
