How to Join a Meeting
Participants Guide
To Join a Meeting
• Your host will send you an invitation to join a meeting.
• The host may set up meeting guidelines to ensure the meeting runs efficiently. This may be included in an agenda displayed as you enter the meeting.
• First time users should allow for 5 minutes to download WebEx plug in before the meeting.

Open Email
• Open your email sent by your host .
• Click on the URL link provided in that email.

To Join a Meeting
• Enter your Name and email address in the meeting window
• Click JOIN NOW

Join Audio Portion
• Once you join a meeting, an Audio Conference box will appear
• Select to USE COMPUTER FOR AUDIO to join the audio portion of the meeting so you will hear what is going on in the meeting

Testing Speakers and Microphone
• You should test your speakers and microphone before you select call using computer
• Select TEST when the dialog box appears. You should hear the sound play back
• If your mic is working you will be able to adjust the volume
• Select OK and then click CALL USING COMPUTER

In the Meeting
• A headset Icon will appear beside your name in the participants panel
• You are now able to fully interact with other participants
