5.I TERMS & CONDITIONS
Based on Nepal Govt. Foreign Employment Act.
1. The Employer shall issue a Requisition (Demand) Letter to the Jobs Search Pvt. Ltd with
complete details of requirement like no. of workers, Salary structure, Accommodations, Food Or
Allowance, Work related Transport, Working Hours (not more than 8 hours per day), Annual Leave,
Overtime facilities, Residence Permit Fees, Medical facilities, Insurance & duration of Employment &
other benefits provided by employer.
2. The Employer & Jobs Search Pvt. Ltd herein shall obtain the approval of the respective
government to complete the recruitment as per the rules of respective country govt. & Nepal govt. in
regard to counseling & placement of workers. In case of any conflict arises in between government
rule and the conditions of this contract, this deed of agreement shall be deemed as Null and void.

3. The Employer shall provide with Visa / NOC work permits to the workers from the government
authority, together with other necessary relevant documents. Incase of not issuance of visa due to
any changes in Government policies, the employer shall be responsible for the recruitment experience.
4. The earning of the worker per month shall be as per the attached Requisition (Demand) letter shown
against each category.
5. The Jobs Search Pvt. Ltd will make deployment of employees within 30 days time after receiving the
visa (in case of K.S.A. visa once stamped on the passport of employees from the embassy of K.S.A. at
Bangladesh or India respectively.
6. The Jobs Search Pvt. Ltd will inform the employer 48 hours before the deployment of
employees from Nepal with all necessary information like flight schedule, employee's name, and
departure time via e-mail, fax or with telecommunication. The employer will be responsible for
receiving all the workers at the airport as group or a single employee as per viability of Air passage.9
5.II TERMS & CONDITIONS
7. The Jobs Search Pvt. Ltd is the recruitment consultant in regard to workers and will bear the
responsibility for recruitment from Nepal exactly as per trade or may invite the Employer or its
authorized representative for recruitment of the workers within the stipulated period and not
exceeding 45 days receipt of visa advice and other allied required documents.
8. The Employer agrees to bear the compensation in case of death or end injury of the workers and also
agrees to bear the cost of transport of dead body to Nepal as per the labors law of country concerned.
9. Probation period will be three months(90) days from the date of arrival of employees in respective
country air-port in the company & if the performance of the candidate is not satisfactory the concern
candidate shall be sent back to his home country on his own expense by working in the company with
to buy his own return ticket.

5.III TERMS & CONDITIONS
10. The Jobs Search Pvt. Ltd shall assist the employees in matters relating to immigration
formalities, medical test and Visa (stamping in case of K.S.A. , Malaysia, Israel ,Europeans &
American countries) from the relevant Embassy and whatever other relevant matters.
11. The Employer ensures to provide the workers with free bachelor sharing accommodation, free food or
allowance, Residence permit fees, Medial & Insurance Coverage & other necessary facilities.
12. The Employer agrees to enter into agreement with Jobs Search Pvt. Ltd to counsel &
deployment of employees of different categories such as professionals for management, skilled, semi-
skilled and unskilled positions in industries that include (but not limited to) Manufacturing,
Engineering, Health Care, Hospitality industries, Catering Services, Agriculture, Sales, Retail, Human
Resources, Aviation, Accounting and Finance, Systems/Technology, Administration and Earth
Sciences etc. The number and qualification in respect there of are be specified by the Employer
through task orders. 11
5.IV TERMS & CONDITIONS
13. The Employer agrees to advise to the Jobs Search Pvt. Ltd of its personnel requirement from
Nepal through cable, telex or letter, specifying personnel requirements, their respective job
descriptions, salaries, other terms and conditions and the desired mobilization dated on the
respective site.
14. The Jobs Search Pvt. Ltd shall be responsible for short of qualified candidates in conformity
with the first party's requirements notified under clause 2 above. The Jobs Search Pvt. Ltd will
notify the employer of such short-listed qualified candidates who are ready for final interview and
selection. The Jobs Search Pvt. Ltd has the right to either send his representatives or give the
employer the right select process and send such qualified workers at the Employer with full
guarantee.

5.V TERMS & CONDITIONS
Upon getting a requisitions enquiry from our clients, the following steps are executed to source out the
exact candidate.
• Database Search
The requirement is initiated by first querying our strong updated database to locate available candidates.
• Print Media
If the required candidates are not available in our database, the positions are advertised in the leading
news papers that have a wide reach all over Nepal.
• Preliminary Interviews
Applications are thoroughly screened, scrutinized and only those matching the specified requirement are
called for a preliminary interview. The candidates are then subjected to a strict examination by our
professional staff. Only those candidates who match our client’s requirement and clear our preliminary
selection criteria are short listed.
• Trade Test
If required, or in case our clients are unable to come down for personal interviews, the candidates
undergo a trade test. For this purpose, we have well managed Trade School in Kathmandu equipped with
up to date Machinery to provide finest trade testing facilities in the country and our testing procedures
are relied and trusted by our numerous clients.
6.I SELECTION PROCESS

• Final Selection
Our clients have an option of personally conduction interviews of short listed candidates or they can rely
upon our tried and tested selection procedures to make the final selection.
• Medical Examination
Candidates who make it to the final selection list are sent for medical examinations. The medical
examination is exhaustive and conforms to the procedures laid down by the consulates of the respective
countries.
• Mobilization
The names of the candidates who clear the medical test are then sent to our client for visa processing.
• Total days taken for the selection procedure: 14 days in max.
