• By default states, “When choosing a Need By date, please allow as much time as possible.  This will allow your request to go to as many potential lenders as needed.

• This may be changed by the local library to read in any way you wish.

To change:

Go to ILL Admin

Click on Maintain Participant Record

Delete the text that is presently in the text box.

Enter the text you would like to be at the top of the patron request form.

Click on Submit at the top of the Participant Record.

Date Entry Calendar for “Need By” Date Entry Calendar for “Need By” DateDate• The Need By date field on the ILL

Request Form and Blank Request form now provides a Date Entry Calendar. When the calendar is opened, the user can select a date.

• Requests that are not filled by this date will go into an EXPIRED status.

• Customers will be able to cancel requests in the following statuses through the ILL Request Tracking option:• ILL –Awaiting Approval• Pending• Will Supply/In Process

• History notes can now be added and saved to an ILL request WITHOUT an accompanying change in the request status.

Printing ILL Requests from Status Printing ILL Requests from Status Browse List or Full Record DisplayBrowse List or Full Record Display• Will provide the following Information:

• Borrower’s Phone – taken from the borrowing library’s participant record

• Lender’s Phone – taken from the lending library’s participant record.

• Patron Name (on borrowing side of request) – will be printed at the top of the request
