Admissions Policy and ProcedureBThefollowingadmissionproceduresmustbemetbeforeacceptanceof anystudenttotheJerichoChristianAcademy.

Comeinforregistrationformsandinformation.Completeandreturnregistrationformswithacheckfor$175perstudent($100depositand$75registrationandapplicationfee).TheregistrationfeeisforprocessingandisNON-REFUNDABLE.The$100deposit,whichisNON-REFUNDABLEandNON-REDEEMABLE,willbeappliedtowardsthebookfeeuponacceptance.Thefollowingadmissionproceduresmustbemetbeforetheacceptanceofanystudent:

1. Thestudentmustdemonstratesatisfactoryperformanceonanentranceexam(grades1-12).

2. Asatisfactorypersonalinterview(parents,studentsandadministrator)mustbecompletedforallnewstudents.

3. Transcriptsfrompreviouslyattendedschool(s)mustbereceived.RecordsmustincludeteacherrecommendationsanddemonstratecourseperformancewithaminimumpassinggradeofD.Previousschoolsorprogramsattendedmustbeapprovedbythestateinwhichtheschoolorprogramislocated.

4. Medicalforms,immunizationrecords,birthcertificatesandallothernecessaryformsmustbesubmitted.

5. Satisfactoryarrangementswiththeschoolforpaymentoftuitionandallotherfeesmustbemade.(Thisincludesasignedtuitionagreement.)

6. Acompletedministerialrecommendationformmustbesubmitted.Ifthestudentdoesnothaveaminister,pleasereturntheformblank.

7. Currentteachersmustcompletestudentevaluationforms.SecondarystudentsneedarecommendationfromtheirEnglishteacher,mathematicsteacher,andguidancecounselor.

TheJerichoChristianAcademyadmitsstudentsofanyrace,color,nationaloriginorethnicorigintoalltherights,privileges,programsandactivitiesgenerallyaccordedtostudentsoftheschool.

Anystudententeringaftertheentranceexamshavebeenadministeredisrequiredtobetestedindividuallyandmaybechargedanadditionalnon-refundablefeeof$35.00.

NonDiscriminationTheJerichoChristianAcademydoesnotdiscriminatewithregardtotheadmission,enrollmentorparticipationofstudentsinitseducationalorathleticprogramsonthebasisofrace,color,gender,andethnicityornationalorigin.Studentsofanyrace,color,gender,nationalorethnicoriginareaccordedalloftherights,privileges,programsandactivitiesgenerallyaccordedtostudentsoftheschool.

Immunization RecordTheinformationonthisformmustbekeptaccurateandupdatedwithallshotsandsubmittedbeforeenrollment.Nochildwillbeadmittedtoschoolwithoutupdatedrecords.

Student Information CardsThefollowingformsmustbecompletedandonfileintheschooloffice.Itistheresponsibilityofthechild’sparent/guardiantokeeptheinformationonthesecardscurrent.

Testing InformationVarioustestsareusedbytheJerichoChristianAcademytohelpevaluateandimprovetheeffortsandprogrammingoftheentireschool.

Parentsshouldunderstandthatadmissionisnotdependentuponachievementlevel.Mostprivateschoolsrequireahighacademiclevelforlockstepchronologicalgrading.Testing is not designed to screen students that are underachievers; its purpose is to diagnose for prescriptive curriculum.

Testingisrequiredbeforeadmissionand,iftheypossessageappropriateselfcontrolanddisciplinemostchildrencanbeadmitted.

All students take achievement testeachspringsothatstudents,parentsandteachersmayseeprogressintermsofnationalnorms.Thescoresalsoaidintheprocessofevaluation.Aprofileandhomereportwillbesenthometohelpguideparentsininterpretingthevariousscores.

Sophomores and juniors take Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Tests (PSAT) inthefall.ItisgoodpracticefortheSAT.Thepurposeofthistestistoprovideanindicationofnationalplacementwhencomparedwithcollege-boundsophomoresandjuniorsintheUnitedStates.

Juniors take Scholastic Aptitude Tests (SAT) inthespringandseniorsinthefalland/orspring.Thistestprovidesanindicationofnationalplacementforcollege-boundstudents.MostcollegesusetheSATasonefactorindeterminingacceptance.StudentswhodesiretogotocollegeandscorewellontheSATmaylikelybeacceptedatthecollegeoftheirchoice.TheSATmaybetakenmorethanonce,andmoststudentsimprovetheirscoreswhentheytakethetestagain.Therefore,itisrecommendedthattheSATberepeatedtoobtainthehighestscore.

Academic Integrity JerichoChristianAcademyrecognizestheneedforallstudentstoassumeresponsibilityfortheirownschoolwork.Academicintegritymustbepreserved,notonlyforitsownsake,butinfairnesstotheobjectiveevaluationofall.Cheatinginanyformwillnotbepermitted.Insuchacase,aconferencewillbeheldtoincludethestudent,parent,teacher,andVice-PrincipalorPrincipal.Asaresultofthisconference,oneormoreofthefollowingactionsmaybeimposed:

1. Incasesinvolvingacademicdishonesty,adeterminationofthegradeandofthestudent’sstatusinthecourseareleftsolelytothediscretionoftheteacher,Vice-PrincipalorPrincipal.Insuchcases,wheretheinstructorjudgesastudentguiltyofacademicdishonesty,theinstructorwillreporttheincidentofdishonestytotheVicePrincipalinordertodiscernpotentialpatternsofegregiousdishonesty.

2. AtthesolediscretionofthePrincipal,VicePrincipalandteacher,thestudent’sworkwillberejectedandagradevalueofzeroimposedfortheassignmentinquestion.

3. Thestudentmaybeassigneddetention.4.Ifmorethanonepersonisinvolvedinthecheating,thesamepenalty

willbeassignedtoallpartiesconcerned.Pleasenotethatstudentswhoallowtheirpaperstobecopiedareconsideredtobecheating.

5. Incaseofcheating,whichinvolvesclassroomdisruption,theadministrationwillimposeapenaltyofsuspension.

6. Thetheftofteachermaterialsofanytypewillresultindisciplinaryaction.7.Ifastudentforgesthesignature(s)ofstaffmembersorparent(s),

ormodifiesaschooldocument,thestudentwillconferwithanadministrator.Thepenaltywillincludedetentionand/orsuspensionfrom1to10days.

Itshouldbenotedthatinanexaminationsetting,anybehaviornotdirectlyrelatedtotakingoftheexaminationcouldbeconstruedascheating.Studentsarecautionednottorisktheaccusationofcheatinganditsconsequencesbytalking,turningaround,orplacingtheirownexamtobeobservedbyothers,etc.

Access to Technology/Internet JerichoChristianAcademyhasmadeanattempttoallowaccesstotheInternettoallstudentsthroughtechnologyforeducationalpurposes.TheAcademygoalisforstudentstolearnandapplytechnologyasatooltoaccess,process,anddistributeinformation.BeforestudentsareallowedaccesstotheAcademy’stechnology,eachmustsign,alongwiththeirparent(s),theResponsibleComputerSystemandInternetUseAgreements.ItshouldbeunderstoodthatinsigningtheInternetUseAgreement,thestudentagreestofollowallrulesandregulationsregardingtheuseoftechnology,assetforthintheJerichoChristianAcademyComputerSystemandInternetUsagePlan,orsufferdisciplinaryconsequences.TheJerichoChristianAcademyComputerSystemandInternetUsagePlanwillbedistributedtostudentsfortheirsignatureatthebeginningofeachschoolyear.

Financial Policy Studentsacceptedforadmissionareexpectedtoremaininschoolfortheentireyear.Parentsorguardiansareheldresponsibleforpayingtheentireyear’stuition.Therearenorefundsontuitionforearlywithdrawal.Therecanalsobenotuitionrefundsduetoillness,vacation,holidays,relocations,orunforeseeninclementweather,whichcausesstateemergencies,andbustransportationorotherservicestobesuspended.

Achargeof$25willbemadeforanyreturnedchecks.ItisexpectedthatreturnedcheckswillbereimbursedIMMEDIATELYwithacashier’scheck,moneyorderorcertifiedfunds.Ifone(1)badcheck(onanaccount)isreceived,acashier’scheck,moneyorderorcertifiedfundsmustbeusedtomakeallfurtherpaymentsonthataccount.

Ifthetuitionpaymenthasnotbeenreceivedten(10)daysaftertheduedate,a$25dollarlatechargewillbeaddedtotheamountdueandbecomeapartofthestudent’stuitionpayment.Afterthepaymentisten(10)dayspastdue,alltuitionpaymentsmustbeintheformofcash,cashier’scheck,moneyorderorcertifiedfunds.Ifthetuitionpaymentislatethree(3)ormoretimesduringtheacademicyear,theparent,guardianorresponsiblepartymustagreetoparticipateinanautomaticpayrolldeductionplanortopaythefullbalanceofthetuitionnolaterthanthenextscheduledtuitionpaymentduedate.

Removing Students From Class Because of the Nonpayment of Tuition Ifastudent’stuitionpaymentbecomesfifteen(15)dayspastdue,date,thestudentwillnotbeallowedtoattendclass.ParentsandGuardiansarerequestedtorefrainfromsendingstudentstoschooluntilthepastdueamountofthetuitionispaidinfull.

Ifastudentissenttoschoolafterthestudent’stuitionbecomesfifteen(15)dayspastdue,thestudentmayberemovedfromtheclassroomandinstructednottoreturnuntilthetuitionispaidinfull.Thestudentwillbepermittedtotakeexaminationsonlyafterthestudent’saccounthasbeenpaidinfull.

Effect of Withdrawal on Tuition Allstudentsareenrolledforanenrollmentperiodofoneschoolyear.Implementationofthesewithdrawalprocedureswillnotaltertherequirementthatoneyear’stuitionbepaidforeachenrollmentperiod.Duringeachenrollmentperiod,itisunderstoodthattheadministratorsoftheJerichoChristianAcademyreservetheright,atalltimesandforanycausethattheymayconsidersufficient,tosuspend,dismiss,orrecommendwithdrawalofastudentbeforetheenrollmentperiodiscompleted.

The entire amount of one year’s tuition will be required if:- theadministrationrequestsparentstowithdrawthestudentpriorto

Lunchfees,latepick-upfees,fieldtripfees,andotherfees,thatmightariseduringeachacademicyear,arenotincludedinthetuitionandmustbepaidwhentheybecomedue.

FieldTripfeesshouldbepaidincashtothestudent’sclassroomteacher.Failuretopayforafieldtripmayresultinthestudentnotbeingallowedtoattendthefieldtrip.

Otherfeesshouldbepaidpromptly.Ifsuchpaymentsaremadebycheck,thestudent’snameandgrade,parent’stelephonenumbers,andhomeroomteacher’snameshouldbeincludedonthefrontofthecheck.

Replacement of Damaged Equipment Thecostassociatedwiththereplacementofanylostordamageditemorequipment,forwhichthestudentisfoundtohavebeenresponsible,istobepaidtotheschoolpromptly.Thisincludesthelaborcostassociatedwiththerepairofdamageditem.Anyoutstandingamountsnotpaidwillbeaddedasanoutstandingbalancetothestudent’saccount.

ConsistentwiththeintentoftheAcademytopromotethebestinterestsofeachstudentenrolledinitsschoolsandinpartnershipwithbothparentsofeachstudent,itshallbethepolicyoftheacademytomaintainstrictneutralitybetweenparentsunlessotherwisedirectedbycourtorder.

Inordertoprotectafamily’srightofprivacywithintheschool,onlytheparent(s)havinglegalcustody,oraparentorlegallyappointedguardian(s),orschooladministrationofficialsanddesignatedschoolpersonnelinthefulfillmentoftheirrespectivefunctions,mayhavedirectaccesstoindividualstudentsand/ortheirstudentrecords.Allotheraccesstostudentsmustbebyparentalorguardianauthorization.

I.RESIDENTIALCUSTODIAL,NONRESIDENTIALJOINTCUSTODIALANDNONCUSTODIALPARENTSVISITATIONS

A. Itisnotmandatorytoprovideacopyofyourlegalcustodyorder,separationagreementordivorcedocumentation.However,bothparentshavealegalrighttoaccessinformationconcerningtheirson/daughterunlessthereisalegaldocumentonfileindicatingotherwise.Thefollowingdefinitionsapplytothispolicy:

C.Uponproperpresentationoflegaldocuments,novisitationwillbeallowedduringschoolhoursbyanon-residentialcustodialparent,ornon-custodialparentunlessspecificpermissionisobtainedfromtheresidentialcustodialparentandtheschooladministratorisnotifiedtwenty-fourhoursinadvance,orsuchvisitationisexpresslypermittedasstatedinacertifiedcopyofthemostrecentcourtorderonfilewiththeschool.

D. IntheeventneitherparentnotifiestheAcademyoftheexistenceofacourtorderaction,neitherparentshallbedeemedtohaverightssuperiortotheotherparentwithrespecttothechildren.

E. IntheeventtheAcademyisadvisedoftheexistenceofanactionaffectingthefamilyofachildenrolledintheAcademy,butneitherparentprovidestheAcademywithacertifiedcopyofthemostrecentcourtorderinsuchaction,theparentenrollingachildshallbedeemedtobetheresidentialcustodialparentwithnorestrictionsonthenonresidentialjointcustodialornon-custodialparent’srighttobekeptinformedofthechild’sschoolprogressandactivities,andparticipatetherein.

II.OTHERINDIVIDUALSREQUESTINGACCESSTOSTUDENTSIntheeventthatindividualsotherthanthosereferredtoabove(includingthoserepresentingfederal,stateorcountyagencies),requestaccesstoastudentorthestudent’srecords:

1. AllrequestsforaccesstostudentsmustbedirectedtotheHeadmasterorPrincipal;

2. Officialidentificationmustbepresentedbythoserequestingaccess;3. Schoolofficialswillprovidethewrittenpolicystatementregarding

8. Accesswithoutverbalorwrittenauthorizationbytheparentwillbeprovidedasdirectedbyaproperlyidentifiedandpresentlawenforcementofficialservingthecommunityinwhichtheaccessisrequested.

Accesswithouttheproperauthorization,asnotedintheaboveguidelines,istobecourteouslyrefused.

III.UNAUTHORIZEDACCESSTOSTUDENTSIntheeventthataccessissoughtbyforceorinanywayotherthanprescribedabove,theschoolofficialwillattemptto:

1. Avoidanyphysicalrestraint,unlessanindividualisinphysicaldanger;2. Contactappropriatelawenforcementofficialsvia911;3. Contacttheparentorlegalguardianimmediatelyorassoonasis

practicable.

IV. ACCESSTOSTUDENTRECORDSInordertoprovidestudentswithappropriateinstructionandeducationalservices,itisnecessaryforJerichoChristianAcademytomaintainextensiveandsometimespersonalinformationaboutthemandtheirfamilies.Itisessentialthatpertinentinformationintheserecordsbereadilyavailabletoappropriateschoolpersonnel,beaccessibletothestudent’sparentsorlegalguardianorthestudentinaccordancewithlaw.Thisinformationismaintainedandsafeguardedasconfidential.

TheHeadmasterandPrincipalprovideforproperadministrationofstudentrecords.JerichoChristianAcademyadvisesthatallindividual

studentrecordsoftheAcademyareconfidential,withtheexceptionofdirectoryinformation.TheHeadmasterandPrincipalwilldesignatecertaindatarelatingtothestudentsas“directoryorpublic”information.Thereleaseofthisdatadoesnotrequiretheconsentofstudents,parents,orguardians.

V.DIRECTORYINFORMATIONThefollowinginformationwillbedesignatedasdirectoryinformationandistheonlymaterialdisclosedtoauthorizedagents,whenrequestedforofficialbusinessuse.

UnlessyouprovidetheJerichoChristianAcademyofficewithwrittennotificationobjectingtothereleaseofanyorallofthisinformation,schoolofficialsmayreleasepersonallyidentifiableinformationthathasbeendesignatedas“directoryinformation”.Uponreceivingwrittennoticefromparents/guardiansoreligiblestudentsobjectingtodisclosureofdirectoryinformation,thisinformationwillnotbereleasedwithoutthepriorconsentoftheparent/guardianoreligiblestudent.

VI.WITHHOLDINGOFSTUDENTRECORDSFORNON-PAYMENTOFTUITIONIntheeventofwithdrawal,transfer,orexpulsion,theparentsareresponsibleforfullpaymentoftuitionandotherfees.Fullpaymentoftuitionandotherfeesmustbemadethroughtheendoftheschoolyear.Theschoolreservestherighttowithholdofficialtranscriptsuntiltuitionandotherfeeshavebeenpaidinfull.

Absence Due to Truancy:Truancyisanabsencewithoutparent/guardianconsentandisconsideredaseriousviolationofschoolpolicy,regardlessofthenumberofclassperiodsmissed.Undersuchcircumstances,ateacherhasnoobligationtoprovidemake-upwork,acceptassignments,orallowstudentstotakemissedtests.Anymissedworkmaybegivenazerograde.Iftruancyoccurs,aconferencewithparent(s)isrequiredandthestudentwillbeplacedondisciplinaryprobationforaperioddeterminedbythePrincipalorVicePrincipal.AsecondtruancymayresultinwithdrawalfromtheAcademy.

Early Dismissals:Toleaveschoolduringtheday,astudentistopresentanotetotheofficeatthebeginningoftheday.Thenoteshouldhavethestudent’sname,gradeand,reasonandtimeforthedismissal.Theexpectedtimeofreturnisalsorecommended,ifitcanbepredetermined.Inaddition,adriver’slicenseorotheridentificationmustbepresentedbeforethestudentmaybereleased.Ifastudentfailstopresentanotebeforeanearlydismissal,he/sheisstillrequiredtosignoutintheoffice.Parentalpermission,eitherverbalorwritten,mustbeobtainedbeforeastudentisgivenpermissiontoleaveschool.Studentswholeavesschoolwithoutcheckingoutthroughtheoffice,willbegivendetentionforthetimemissed.Iftheparentshavenotauthorizedtheabsence,itwillbetreatedastruancy,sinceanauthorizedadultmustsignthestudentoutofthebuilding.Failuretodosowillbetreatedastruancy.

Accumulated Absences:Absenceshaveanegativeimpactonastudent’sgrades.Thirteen(13)absencesinonesemesterareconsideredtobeexcessive.Theconsequencesforthirteenabsences,whetherType1orType2,mayrangefromthealoweringofagradetoretentionorlossofcredit,dependingonindividualclassrequirements.Whenastudentreachesnine(9)absences,theparentswillbenotifiedthatthestudentisnearingwhattheschoolconsiderstobeexcessiveabsencesforonesemester.However,ultimatelyitistheresponsibilityofparentsandstudentstoseethatgradesarenotjeopardizedbecauseofaccumulatedabsences.

RETENTION POLICYItisourgoalatJerichoChristianAcademytoteacheachchildaccordingtohis/herindividualability.Placementwillbemadeaccordingtotheresultsofthestandardizedtestingandevaluation,andeachchildshouldbeexpectedtodowell.However,shouldanystudentnotprogressaccordingtoexpectations,hemayberetained.Parentswillbenotified,inadvance,ofthisdecision.Theteacher,inconjunctionwiththeparents,willmakerecommendationsforsummerschoolandotherremedialactionforallstudents.

ThePromotionandRetentionPolicyisstatedbelow.However,theHeadmasterandPrincipalreservetherighttodeviatefromthepolicyandusetheirindividualdiscretionwhenmakingdecisionsregardingastudent’spromotionorretention.

Studentsaregenerallypromotedtothenextgradelevelattheendofeachschoolyearbasedonsatisfyingthefollowingrequirements:

Disciplinary PolicyDisciplineisamorechallengingconcerntodaythanever.Therefore,itisnecessarytorecognizethatschooldiscipline,bothinandoutoftheclassroom,iseveryone’sbusinessandconcern.Disciplinemustbemaintainedinafirm,fair,andconsistentmanner.TheJerichoChristianAcademyDisciplinaryPolicyisdesignedtohelpstudentsassumeresponsibilityfortheiractionsasmembersofacommunity.Whenindividualsfreelyacceptthisresponsibility,disciplineexists.Gooddiscipline,impartiallyadministered,isnotanendinitself.Theultimatepurposeisto:(1)developastrongcharacterandsenseofresponsibilitybasedonChristianideals;(2)establishanatmospherethatwillenhanceallaspectsofgrowthandlearningofthechild;and(3).provideasupportiveclimatethatwillpromotethewelfareoftheindividualandschoolcommunity.

Teacher Responsibilities: Classroomdisciplineisbasicallytheresponsibilityoftheteacherandishighlycorrelatedtoclassroommanagement.However,therearetimeswhenasituationrequirestheassistanceoftheadministrator.Accordingly,teachersshouldmanagetheirclassrooms,disciplinestudentsandreferstudentstothePrincipalorVice-Principalsifnecessary.Teachersmaynotadministercorporalpunishment,suchasspanking,inanyform.Parentsshouldbecontactedfrequentlyconcerningdisciplinaryproblemswiththeirchildintheclassroom.

Teachersmaydisciplinestudentsforverbalassault,physicalassaultorbattery,anddisrespectfulconducttowardteachers,otherstudents,andotherschoolpersonnel.Studentswhocommitanyactofphysicalviolence,resultinginphysicalinjurytoateacher,maybesuspendedorexpelled.

Proceduresandconsequencesforstudentmisbehaviorwillbeasfollows:

Step 1:StudentwillreceiveawarningconcerninginappropriatebehaviorasitappliestotheAcademy’srules.

Step 2:Studentmaybemovedtoanotherpartoftheroomortoanotherdesignatedtime-outarea.

Step 3:Ifmisbehaviorpersists,adisciplinaryreferralwillbesenttotheoffice.ThePrincipalorVice-Principalwillspeakwiththechildandthechildmayberequiredtocallhis/herparentviathetelephonetoreporttheirmisbehavior.Otherconsequencesmaybelossofrecesstime,inoroutofschoolsuspension,orexpelledfromtheAcademy.ThedeterminationofthedisciplinaryactiontakenisatthesolediscretionoftheHeadmaster,PrincipalorVice-Principals.

Step 4:Adisciplinaryreferral(cumulative)mayresultinthestudentreceivinglossofrecess,after-schooldetention(grades7th-12th),orsuspensionforatimedeemedappropriatebythePrincipalorVice-Principal.ThestudentmayalsobereferredtotheSchoolCounselor,HealthNurse,orotherpersonsdesignatedbytheAdministration.

Step 5:Studentsdemonstratingseriousbehavioralproblems,thatendangerthesafetyofotherstudentsorstaffmembersand/ormaketheclassroomintolerable,willbeimmediatelyreferredtotheVicePrincipalsorPrincipal.Theconsequencesoftheseseriousbehavioralproblemsmaybesuspensionorexpulsion.

Parent Teacher OrganizationSTheParentTeacherOrganization(PTO)isagroupofparentsandteacherswhoworktogethertoenhancetheschool’senvironmentforstudents.ThepurposeofthePTOincludesthepromotingofmutualrelationshipsbetweenparentsandteachersinamannerwhichsupportstheoveralltenorandeffectivenessoftheschoolprogram.ThePTOworkstoprovideactivitiesandprogramsthroughouttheschoolyear.ThePTOmeetsonthefirstThursdayofeverymonthat7:00p.m.,asneeded,toprovideinformationfromtheadministration.WorkshopsontopicsrelativetotheScienceFairandtheWrite-A-BookProjectarealsoheldatthesemeetings.

Special Activities/EventsTeacher Appreciation WeekDuringthefirstfullweekofMayeachyear,theJerichoChristianAcademyfamilyhonorsitsteachers.WeareIamprivilegedtohaveGodlyindividualswhohaveahearttoservechildren.Theprincipallikestohonortheteacherswithgiftssuchascards,notes,sweets,flowersandothersmalltokens.Allofthesearegreatlyappreciated!Akindwordwillsufficeaswell.In2007-2008,thethemeof“GivingHonorWhereHonorIsDue”wasappropriatefortheteachers.In2008-2009,thethemeof“Stewardship,AccountabilityandPrayer”willembodyourfacultyandteachersaswellbecausetheyallexemplifyandmodelthisthemedaily.

May DayOnthefirstofMayeachyear,theJerichoChristianAcademyfaculty,students,familyandfriendscelebrateMAYDAY!Itisaveryexcitingtimeforeveryone.Eachclassandagegroupperformssomethingspecial.ThereisaMayDaycourtwheretheyear’sKingandQueenarecrowned.EveryonefromtheEarlyChildhoodEducationProgramthroughtheHighSchoolparticipates.WealsolearnthehistoryofMayDayandwraptheMayDaypole.AfterthestudentperformancesandcrowningoftheMayDayKingandQueen,wehaveothereventsforfaculty,students,familyandfriendsincludingamoonbounce,dunktank,snowconesandcottoncandy.Thestudentsalwaysenjoythisevent.Parentsshouldalwayslookoutforinformationregardingthisevent.Dependingonwhatgradeyourchildisinandwhatactivitytheyaregoingtoperform,thereareusuallyt-shirtcolorsorcostumeattirethattheymustwear.
