With the formatting feature in MS-Word, you can change the font type, the font style and the font size.

Fonts refer to the complete set of characters with the same typeface or design. Each font has a unique design that distinguishes it from other fonts. Some common fonts include Arial, Times New Roman and Tahoma.

The default font size in MS-Word is twelve points. Font sizes are measured in points. A point is 1/72 of an inch.
