Introduction to group

Marko Vučković

Where do I come from?

Zaječar - City center

The river Black Timok

“Felix Romuliana”

Model of Roman architecture Felix Romuliana

It was commissioned by Emperor Gaius Valerius Galerius Maximianus, in the late 3rd and early 4th centuries.

I finished elementary and high school in Zajecar and the Faculty of Electronic Engineering in Nis on department of automatic control 2007.

Faculty of Electronic Engineering in Niš

During my studies I was interested in many things concerning programming as well as Ethernet and wireless technologies.

Also I have been evolved in preparing the lecture book for Control Process course also in many laboratory activities.

Working on Festo, Omron, Allen-Bradley PLC

Clip was made in Technical school laboratory

Working on Temperature Controllers

Robot programming (Mitsubishi Industrial Robot RV-2AJ)

Clip was made in Technical school laboratory

Working knowledge of various programming languages:

(C, C++, C#, LabView, MatLab)

From May 2008. – Sep. 2009 I was working on EU project: ''RADDOS – Joint research on various types of radiation dosimeters''

MG and CP circuit configuration for three-pin MOSFETs

The midgap-subthreshold (MG) technique for the determination of densities of traps created in the gate oxide (fixed traps) (FT) and close to the oxide/supstrate interface (SiO2/Si) interface (slow switching traps) (SST).

The charge pumping (CP) technique for the determination of the trap density at the SiO2/Si interface (fast switching traps) (FST).

C# program for measuring transfer characteristic of MOSFETs

During March 2009. – June 2009. I was working at Jožef Stefan Institute, Ljubljana, Slovenia on for the automatisation of a 3D-TCT set up and its adaptation for RAD FET measurements. 3D-TCT is a novel technique for semiconductor detector characterization pioneered at J. Stefan Institute. My work included software and hardware integration of a relatively complicated multichannel measurement set-up.

3D-TCT setup

I was working as Teaching fellow in information technology and electronics-oriented subjects as well as robotics science and PLC

TRANSMIT - Training Research and Applications Network to Support the Mitigation of Ionospheric Threats
