 Comparative Anatomy

Earthworm, Crayfish, Frog and Human

This will help you compare the anatomy of the earthworm, crayfish, frog and human.  Just add the information and pictures to the slides. Later we will add audio so be sure you make speaker notes.

The University of Pennsylvania has posted a great deal of basic information about earthworms.  Read it and begin a google doc with facts about earthworms.  Bullets are a good way to organize this information.

this page will have basic facts about earthworms

Earthworm  -  Lumbricus terrestris

Extrenal anatomy

cylindar bodysomites or segments  (count yours)label theseprostomium (mouth) anus clitellum (thick white band used for reproduction)setae ( Whiskers Used for movement)

place an external image of the earthworm on this page

you will begin writing general  information about the crayfish on this page and continue for 2 more pages.

 Include pictures.

Crayfish

External anatomy

place an external image of the crayfish on this page Yes label it!

You will begin writing general  information about the frog on this page and continue for 2 more pages.

 Include pictures.
