commemorate personal or community events

Lesson Objectives

The students will be able to…1) Identify why we celebrate Independence Day

and when

2) Use fine motor skills to create a piece of art using Jackson Pollock Dripping Technique

3) Correctly identify Jackson Pollock’s artwork

Why do we celebrate Independence Day?

When do we celebrate Independence Day?

thanksgiving)
